One of the nicest, spacious, and very cool government office here in the Philippines. The guards and employees here are accomodating and ready to help. A little close to nature because of the trees surrounding the offices that's why the area is cool and you can smell fresh air.

The guard was redirected us to somewhere else until we found out that the concern that we have should be addressed in NHA but not in LRA.

Same as before. At first, fast action on matters involving house/condo admin etc. After a phone follow up, the lady says it's just one week, make it two weeks to run. Guess what? Two weeks later, I personally followed up the matter and as per inquiry, it is now calendared. Old habits are hard to break. The guards, for once, a very, very courteous, unheard off. My hats off to them.

The whole place is secured and safe. Security and Health checks are given priority. Security Personnel are strategically placed to help you with your transaction.
